Frequently Asked Questions

Is Concert Tracker free to use?

Yes! Concert Tracker is completely free to use. We built this app to help live music lovers easily track and share their concert experiences.

How do I add a show?

If a concert is missing from the app, there are four easy ways to add it!

1. Browser Share: Tap the "Share" button on any concert web page (like Ticketmaster or Live Nation) on your phone and select Concert Tracker to instantly import the details.
2. Paste a URL: Paste a ticket link directly into the app and our AI will scan it for you.
3. Setlist.fm Import: Search and import directly from the Setlist.fm database.
4. Manual Entry: Tap the "+" button in the app and fill in the details (artist, date, venue) yourself.

How do I export setlists to Spotify?

Navigate to any concert's setlist page and tap the "Export to Spotify" button. The app will automatically generate a custom playlist on the official Concert Tracker Spotify account based on that exact setlist, which you can then easily save to your own Spotify library!

Can I share a concert with friends who don't have the app?

Yes! Every event has a share button. Tapping it generates a link to a web page showing the headliner, support acts, date, and venue, so anyone can view the details (and grab the app if they want to join you).

How do Groups work?

Groups are spaces where you can connect with your friends and easily share the concerts you are attending. Groups can be public or private (you can directly invite your friends if your group is private). Best of all, there is basically no limit to how many users can join a single group!

Do I have to join a Group to use the app?

Not at all! While groups are fun, you don't need to be in one. You can use Concert Tracker completely on your own to log your shows, review setlists, and track your own personal stats if you prefer.

Can I keep my profile private?

Yes, you can be completely private. By enabling "Private Account" in your Privacy Settings inside the app, your profile is hidden from the user search and group leaderboards.

Can I block other users?

Yes. You have full control over your experience. If needed, you are able to block specific users from interacting with you or viewing your profile directly within the app.

Why does the app ask for Calendar access?

The app uses your calendar to proactively check for scheduling conflicts on the dates of the concerts you want to track. We never store or transmit your calendar data.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Ensure you have enabled Push Notifications in your device's operating system settings for Concert Tracker. Once that's enabled, you can check your in-app Notification Settings to customize exactly which alerts you want to receive.

I found a bug, how do I report it?

Since we are in Beta, we love getting your feedback! You can report bugs directly inside the app by going to your Account Settings and tapping "Report a Bug".

How do I see what's new in the latest update?

We are constantly improving the app! You can read all about our latest features and fixes by checking the "Patch Notes" section in your Account Settings.
